Shipping policy
Orders are typically processed within 2 operating business days and arrive from shipping within 2-8 business days. Tracking information will be provided upon order confirmation.
Free shipping is available if purchase order is $250 or above. Products can also be purchased in person or retrieved via local pick-up (if chosen at checkout) Wednesday-Friday from 10:00am to 5:00pm at Skin Firm Aesthetics.
Skin Firm Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages delivered by carriers. A claim should be filed with the carrier in the event of a missing package marked as delivered.
Please provide the correct addresses. Skin Firm Aesthetics is not responsible for resending orders with incorrect addresses or missing apartment numbers.
Skin Firm Aesthetics is unable to redeliver to addresses with a history of lost packages or unsuccessful delivery.
